Terms and conditions of sale

These terms govern purchases made on Erokami. The final version must identify the seller and match the products, payment providers, delivery methods and countries actually offered.

Products and prices

Product descriptions, compatibility information and prices shown during checkout form part of the offer. Physical and digital products must be clearly identified.

Orders, payment and delivery

An order is confirmed after payment approval. Delivery estimates depend on destination, stock and carrier conditions. Digital access is provided only after confirmed payment.

Withdrawal and exceptions

Applicable withdrawal rights and lawful exceptions must be explained before checkout, including rules for digital content and sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

Legal guarantees

Mandatory legal guarantees remain applicable where required by consumer law. Commercial guarantees, when offered, do not replace them.

Complaints and mediation

Customers must be given a clear complaint channel and the details of the appointed consumer mediator before launch.
